Yanks Air Museum hosts one of the world’s largest aircraft collections, many of them airworthy. Painstakingly rebuilding these titans of American aviation history is hard work, with mechanics and craftsmen working by hand (sometimes for decades) to return craft to their original state.
Visitors are encouraged to view the aircraft and learn about their history, their stories, and their journey from graveyard to restoration.
We house legends like the P-40 Warhawk, the F-86 Sabre, F-16B Fighting Falcon, F-15A Eagle and many more! Our experienced Flight Team also takes the aircraft on the runway for regular testing and scheduled flights. We also have a fun “planes” ride for the kids!

Our History
Spanning across decades of labor intensive searching, Yanks Air Museum boasts one of the most extensive and rarest collections of American aircraft worldwide. The collection began in 1973 with the acquisition of the Beech Staggerwing and from there grew to more than 200 aircraft. Many of the aircraft at Yanks are the only remaining specimens of their kind.
The founders of the museum spent almost 40 years traveling the world in order to find rare American airplanes and parts. Because of this hard work and dedication, the Yanks Air Museum is now home to many extremely rare planes.
Yanks Foundation
The primary purpose of the Foundation is to act as a financial support system for the museum. The Board of Directors work together to ensure the success and stability of Yanks Air Museum; one of the world’s premier museums of antique American aircraft and artifacts.
